We have listened and the solution is simple: invite you to the front of the line and include you in a valuable community for learning and sharing. You give us all your specific requirements -- fabrics, elastics, wires, and we'll send you something beautiful before the beginning of every month. On or before the 19th of each month, look for a members-only email showcasing your options, with a form to fill out for your convenience- pick one kit, add the panty kit and exclusive lace option. Then, if you have chosen any extras, we will send an invoice with the difference. Then just relax, knowing that you have something special coming every month. If you get another order placed between the 20th of the month and last day of the month, we'll combine your orders and refund as much shipping as we can. We'll also do our best to give you early notice of coordinating items that might be releasing with the kit, for example Bamboo selections or coordinating Silks.
This bra kit features either Microduoplex, Sheer Cup Lining, Super Simplex or Microlycra as the base fabrics. One kit contains everything that you need to make a bra and has enough fabric for 2 with many sizes. To get the second bra with larger sizes, upgrade to the half yard of cup fabric and add a bra finishing kit. Customize/upgrade your base kits however you like.
Additional KOM Club Notes:
The ANNUAL CLUB MEMBERSHIP is $1800.00 for a base kit as featured each month - we usually release 3-4 laces/fabric each month...you never know how inspired we will get season to season. This program is prepaid, so only optional upgrades will be invoiced monthly. Monthly shipping is also included in the Annual Subscription.

A Lace Bra Kit contains:

Sewing Notes:
The strength of our microduoplex fabric, which makes it so wonderful for bras, also makes it hard to puncture with needles and pins. This is true with most duoplex fabrics. Use either fine silk pins or Wonder Clips to pin (I find Wonder Clips work best), and a Microtex 80/12 needle with a smooth thread like Superior Threads So Fine or Mettler Metrosene to make it easy to sew. In my testing, the So Fine thread and Microtex 80/12 won the challenge of the nicest stitch on microduoplex, and as long as my presser foot completely covered the seam allowance, I found it just as easy to sew as quilting cotton. I moved the needle to the right to set my seam allowance at 1/4" since my presser foot is a bit wide. I find it works well to saturate the lace with liquid starch and let it dry before laying out your pattern pieces and cutting your fabric. This stiffens the lace until you wash it and the lace has enough body to behave well in the sewing process.
