Our Kits take the guesswork out of lingerie building by putting together everything you'll need to make beautiful lingerie using your own pattern.
It's February, so it must be time for something either sweet or sexy. This year it's sweet with our Hearts, Flowers and Chocolate! tulle lace undie kit. The lace has a pink tulle background and embroidery in Latte and Chocolate. I love this because it works with so many skin tones! Some people have said that this lace has a vintage feel. We have lots of ways to put this one together, so please let us know how you want it. You can pick up the pink, and I'm suggesting Whisper so that it works with our coordinating print. You can pick up the Latte, which is the lighter color in the embroidery. The default will have Latte fabrics and elastics. You can also pick up the chocolate outlines and edges with our color Espresso. Our Featured Artist Katie used the Maris panty pattern from Madalynne for the matching undies and the Bali suspender belt pattern from Evie La Luve for the garter belt. I'm including pictures of everything, even though this kit is JUST for the tulle undies. You'll need to pop on over to the bra kits to get the lace bra kit, or just return to our Home page and find it there.
After all, there is something kind of entrancing about lace panties. One of the benefits of building your own lingerie is that you can have all sorts of matching sets! For the days when you want to feel pretty underneath, make up a pair of darling lace panties to match your Hearts, Flowers and Chocolate! Lace Bra.
We love to make sure that you get just what you want, so feel free to change this kit up with all the options. The standard kit comes with 1 1/2 yards of rigid lace, a fat quarter of your choice of stretchy fabric, a yard of Looped Picot elastic, a yard and a half of Foldover elastic and a 9" square of cotton jersey. You can choose your waistband and leg elastic and can double or triple it if you would like more elastic to work with. You can also choose to add a fat quarter or half yard of Microlycra or Stretch Mesh. If you add a fat quarter of stretchy fabric you'll get a total of 1/2 yard. If you add a half yard you'll have 3/4 yards. If you prefer strap elastic to either the waist or leg elastic please just leave us a note.
