One option for panties is to apply an elastic to the waist or leg opening, stitch it down, turn it under and stitch again for a fully enclosed elastic. Another application for this non-picot elastic is to apply it as a hidden elastic element in your bra or bralette, often times under lace. This elastic is perfect for both of these applications, as well as for a nice, wide elastic on a face mask. It has micro-plush on one side and is soft and thin.
