Our Bra Kits take the guesswork out of bra building by putting together everything you'll need to make a beautiful bra using your own pattern. If you need a pattern, we have a great selection on our Patterns Page, both paper and downloadable.
Silk is the height of luxury in lingerie, and printed 100% silk charmeuse is like liquid gold. This kit features our very own custom silk charmeuse print in a rich and bold floral pattern. It has all the color of the height of blooming season without being fussy at all. It's a print that will work any time of year. The print is scaled just perfect for lingerie since we call the shots! You can choose how you make it up; our Featured Artist Jennie of Annie and Myra's chose to add an optional 1/2 yard of contrasting stretch silk fabric to put a ruffle and silk lining on her couture design. The standard kit will come with Midnight base fabrics and elastics, but if you add the extra stretch silk satin in Cranberry, we'll send your band and elastics in Merlot. Our Electric Blue, Smoke and Peony silk also work wonderfully with this print, and these silk accent fabrics will come with black on your base fabrics and elastics. If you add Bra Tulle, it will come in Midnight.
Jennie used the Vivien pattern from Annie and Myra's, and it's absolutely stunning. If you'd like to make your own Vivien, hop on over to Annie and Myra's to purchase your pattern. You can also subscribe to the Vault at the International Bra Sewing Bee to access the sew along for this bra and fabric from 2021. Make sure to buy both the cups and the bands. Your panty will coordinate with your base fabric choices unless you specify otherwise. As always, feel free to choose your favorite elastics or narrow lace (please leave us a note if you don't see your choice!). You can also add a 9" square of absorbent fabric for your panty panel!
