When will I get my order?

For items that are not dyed, we fill orders as soon as we can. Your order will typically go out the same business day or the next. We dye all colors except Midnight and Frost.

We typically dye on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Orders are generally filled the day after they are dyed. If your order comes in after about 8:30 am it will usually have to wait until the next dyeing day to be dyed and filled.

We will leave something on our Facebook page or on our site to let you know if we're out of town. Orders are filled during this time, but everything slows down. It's best to order a few days before we leave or about a week after we return.
