When will I get my order?
For items that are not dyed, we fill orders as soon as we can. Your order will typically go out the same business day or the next. We dye all colors except Frost and some Midnight.
We typically dye Standard and Seasonal colors on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. We dye Legacy Standard colors on Tuesday and Legacy Special colors on Thursday. If we aren't backlogged, orders are dyed as long as they are received by 8pm on the day before the dyeing day. Orders are generally filled the day after they are dyed.
We usually ship via USPS, which is getting both slow and unreliable. You are welcome to upgrade to UPS and we'll take it to the drop off for you. If your package is pirated or lost by the post office we'll help you file a claim, but we can't be responsible for the postal service or other freight carrier. You can request a signature confirmation (the post office charges for this, sorry) to minimize the risk of porch pirates. You can also upgrade to UPS shipping for a more reliable option.
